Returns and Refund Policy
We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
We are unable and cannot accept any return request if submitted after 5 calendar days.
As such, we ask that you immediately inspect your goods to make sure it is working correctly and is the correct product that you ordered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return please email us on support@lightempire.co.za
Important Points:
1) If your item is damaged
We will offer you a 100% refund subject to a photo of the damaged product or video as part of the review process.
2) If we delivered the incorrect item
We will offer you a 100% refund subject to a photo of the incorrect product or video as part of the review process.
3) If you did not receive your order. delivered the incorrect item is damaged
We will offer you a 100% refund. Please note that we would review our courier tracking information and delivery confirmations as part of this process.
4) If you partially received your order
For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, our supplier may refund partially or resend the missing part; for parts missing which affect product function, our supplier will resend the product only.
5) If you chose not collect your order
In the event that you chose to refuse collection of your order, for any reason, whatsoever, your refund will be reduced by the 35% handling fee together with any shipping charges incurred to return the goods to the supplier.
6) If you chose to cancel your order
If you have changed your mind and we have not yet shipped the order to you, you will be able to cancel the order and obtain a 100% refund.

At Light Empire, we do not offer full refunds on sale items or where you have decided that you no longer need the product or ordered the incorrect product. You are still able to process a refund request for these orders, however, you will be subject to the 35% handling fee charge to Light Empire and the cost of transporting the goods back to the supplier. We will provide you with a link on how to complete the return process and you would have a maximum of 5 days post receipt of the goods to log a request.
